What's cms -db?
cms -db is a program written in PHP which allows easy editing of websites from every computer or other device with an internet connection (Content Management System). It differs from other systems by not using a database, but saving all the data on the filesystem of the server.
It is released under the GNU General Public Licence, which allows you to edit and share the source code.
Why cms -db?
The main difference of cms -db compared to many other CMS is the usage of the server filesystem to store the data. Like this no resource intensive database is needed and parsing of the pages is very fast (below 0,01 seconds for a simple page with text).
The admin interface of cms -db is easy to use with simple symbols. There's a special version which is adjusted for mobile devices and which is used automatically when accessing the admin interface from a mobile phone or any other mobile device.
